Port Chester: Altar Servers Witness Bros. Franky and Tim’s First Profession

(Port Chester, N.Y. – August 19) – This past weekend, St. John Bosco Parish sent its altar servers to the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians to serve at the first profession Mass of Bros. Francis “Franky” Chazhikattu and Tim Hughes. Some of these servers were taught by these two newly professed brothers, who helped to prepare them for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

We hope to continue to help the province at similar events in the future. We hope that perhaps some of these young people may be inspired to consider a vocation to religious life.
