Request School Transcripts

To obtain a transcript from any school operated by the Salesians of Don Bosco in Canada and the Eastern USA, call (914) 636-4225, Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm ET.

Have the following information available:

• Full name of the student
• Address where the transcript must be mailed
• Email if available
• Telephone number
• Date of birth
• Name of the school
• Year attended

There is a fee of $11.00 for each transcript requested. The fee can be paid by credit card. Be sure to follow up with a phone call to verify that your payment was received so your transcript can be sent.
