Keep It 100

by Harry Christian

(Takoma Park, Md. – April 25) – The administration of Don Bosco Cristo Rey in Takoma Park has proudly announced that 100% of the Class of 2018 has been accepted into college! This is the eighth consecutive class with the 100% rate—every graduating class in the school’s short history.

The class of 98 students received acceptances from more than 60 colleges and universities, including some of the country’s most prestigious like The Catholic University of America, the University of Notre Dame, Boston College, and Georgetown. The school’s annual special “signing ceremony” on April 30 highlighted the seniors’ final college choices, the scholarships that many of them have been awarded, and the DBCR honors that many of them have earned.
