FLORIDA: MARY HELP CENTER IN TAMPA SAYS FAREWELL TO FR. STEVE RYAN

Fr. Steve Ryan

(Tampa – September 25) – On Saturday, September 15, Mary Help of Christians Center held a farewell celebration for Fr. Steve Ryan in gratitude for his service as director of MHCC from 2012 to 2018.  The evening began with Mass at 5:00 p.m. in the parish church, and the church packed – including the choir loft!  Mass was followed by dinner in the gymnasium, attended by 500 people who enjoyed good food, speeches, presentations, a thank-you video, and – in true Salesian style – games such as a “Let’s Make a Deal”-style scavenger hunt with audience participation.
