(New Rochelle, NY – April 29) – On Friday, April 24, Fr. Pat Angelucci and Fr. Bill Ferruzzi, SDBs, celebrated the 50th anniversary of their priestly ordinations.

A Mass was held at the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians in Stony Point, NY. Most Reverend Christopher R. Cooke, Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia, preached the homily and presided over the renewal of priestly promises. Frs. Pat and Bill celebrated, while their fellow Salesians in Stony Point and visiting priests concelebrated.

Following the Mass, a dinner was held at The Rockleigh in Rockleigh, NJ. About 250 people attended the dinner.

Many thanks to everyone who helped to make Fr. Pat and Fr. Bill’s big day happen!

The province will formally celebrate Frs. Pat and Bill and their fellow jubilarians later this year. Stay tuned for more info in the coming months.
