Annual CYM Meeting

(New Rochelle, NY – November 6) – From Wednesday, October 23, through Friday, October 25, sixteen coordinators of youth ministry (CYMs) and three team members gathered at Sacred Heart Center in Newton, NJ, for the annual CYM meeting.

The meeting began with a day of recollection led by Fr. Tom Dunne on the theme of hope. The second day was a formation day, which began with a presentation by Adam Rudin on creating hearts of service to encourage missionary discipleship and vocational discernment. The day ended with presentations by the CYMs focusing on the youth ministry in their local works.

The final day was a business day which included time for discussing needs and a presentation by Fr. Franco Pinto on the Salesian mission.
