(Orange, NJ – July 13) – Don Bosco Camp in the Valley is currently halfway done! The camp has hosted around 130 kids per week every summer. It offers indoor and outdoor activities, movies, music, and organized games for children ages six to 13. Thanks to the city of Orange, which provides breakfast and lunch, and thanks to Our Lady of the Valley's parishioners and Salesian Cooperators, who provide snacks and financial support, we are able to keep very low weekly fees.

The camp offers a safe and fun environment for young people. All counselors and volunteers are trained in the Salesian Preventive System to offer a safe and fun environment for all. Most volunteers are young teenagers who enjoy helping younger kids enjoy the camp as they had during their time as campers.

Faith is an essential component of our summer camp. At the end of each week, the camp offers Mass, an opportunity for confessions, moments of prayers,
