Stony Point: New Website Attracts Visitors to the Shrine

Marian Shrine New Website

(Stony Point, NY – February 7) – The Salesian Family at the Marian Shrine (the Shrine) has completely reconstructed the Shrine's website. New pages include a virtual tour of the property, an online event planner, a retreat planning form, a means to request daily Mass intentions, a form to request prayers, and a listing of coming events. Coordinated by Fr. Steve Shafran, the project includes materials contributed by the staff. Additionally, Zofia Koryto, a graphic and web designer from Chalfont, PA, created the layout. Moreover, three professional photographers—Owen S. Cramsie, Jr, Mary J. Durso, and Marie Moriarty—contributed the photos. Past archival photos were selected for the history portion of the site. The site is hosted by eCatholic through an arrangement with the Archdiocese of New York. Updates are made daily, and there are plans to add additional material over the next few weeks.
