Sisters Renew Profession

(North Haledon, NJ – July 14) – Seventeen Daughters of Mary Help of Christians celebrated jubilees of profession on July 14 in a Mass at Mary Help of Christians Academy in North Haledon. They included one sister professed for 25 years, two for 40 years, seven for 50 years, two for 60 years, three for 65 years, and two (Srs. Patricia Winterscheidt and Gloria Machado) for 70 years. Auxiliary Bishop Manny Cruz of Newark presided, and several hundred sisters, Salesians, and friends and past pupils of the sisters took part.
