Archbishop Shaw Discerners

(Marrero, LA – November 9) – On the solemnity of All Souls Day, the Archbishop Shaw community hosted 7 students who are open to God's guidance as they discern their vocations.

The students were a mixed group of eighth graders to seniors. They joined the Salesians for Evening Prayer, a good night by the director, Fr. Steve Ryan; dinner; and some card games. This is the first gathering of its type that will continue on the first Wednesday of every month.

Please pray for these students that they can hear God's call clearly and have the courage to say “yes!” to wherever He calls them.
