(New Rochelle, NY – March 26) – The Salesian Leadership Retreat (SLR) took place from Friday, March 7, through Thursday, March 13, at the Don Bosco Retreat Center in Stony Point, NY. One hundred and twenty-six participants, adult chaperones, and core and young team members gathered there for the retreat.
Two special guests joined this program: a friend from the Holy Land and a Dominican friar from Providence College. It’s always a gift to share this Salesian charism far and wide!
Also, of special note, this retreat marked the first one with a new medal! As of the March SLR 2025, participants now receive a medal that says “Live” with the Salesian logo on one side and “with a Salesian heart” on the other.
