DON BOSCO WEEK CELEBRATED AT UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA

(Gainesville, Fla. – February 12) – Gabe and Veronica Talavera, Salesian Cooperators from Honduras, Jen Kennymore, who served as a Salesian Lay Missioner in Tampa, and Fr. Dominic Tran led some activities during Don Bosco Week at St. Augustine Parish and Catholic Student Center at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla. The events of the week were organized by the staff of the parish and student center.

The Talaveras, who live in Gainesville, renewed their promises as Salesian Cooperators during Mass on February 1.

St. John Bosco’s feast day was celebrated with Mass and pizza for a good-sized group of students.
