By Lili DeGrasse

(Tampa, FL – August 20) – The young adult group of Mary Help of Christians Parish in Tampa sponsored a school supplies drive to collect needed supplies for K-12 students. Throughout the summer, parishioners and friends of Mary Help donated supplies. Then, on Thursday, August 8, the young adult group plus a few friends of Mary Help met under the guidance of Fr. Eduardo Chincha to sort, organize, and bundle the supplies according to grade level (elementary, middle, and high school) so as to distribute the supplies to students at the start of school.
