Tampa: Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima Visits MHC

Fatima Statue Comes to Tampa

By Carolyn Espinosa, Assistant to the Director, Mary Help of Christians Center, Tampa, FL

(Tampa, FL – September 9) – On Wednesday, August 25, the Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima visited the Mary Help of Christians (MHC) Center. Over 350 people came to hear the Fatima message and attend Mass, and many were invested with and received the brown scapular. They also received the sacrament of Reconciliation. After the candlelit Rosary procession, people had the opportunity for private veneration in front of the statue. It was a beautiful evening, filled with the graces that abound wherever Mary is honored.
