TAMPA: MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS YOUTHS STAGE PASSION PLAY

MHC Passion Play Team

(Tampa, Fla. – March 31) – Every year on Good Friday after the Commemoration of the Passion of Our Lord at our Mary Help of Christians Parish in Tampa, the young people of the parish perform a Passion Play. Each year is a little different, but it is an opportunity for our young people to re-enact the saving deeds of our Lord

This year’s play was accompanied by wonderful music that helped the congregation reflect meditatively on the Passion. Choma Okoye and her sister Rosie led the music and singing.

Bro. Bob Metell—still young at heart—played Pontius Pilate.
