(Tampa, FL – August 6) – With great enthusiasm, Cristo Rey Tampa (CRT) High School has announced the first college acceptances for members of its first senior class. The CRT faculty and staff congratulate Sarai Navarro and Miurel Zamora for their acceptance into the University of North Florida!

Rising senior Sarai aspires to be a pediatrician. During the last three years, she has worked for the Bank of Tampa and Tampa General Hospital. Her teachers and supervisors praise her for having great communication skills, confidence, and eagerness to complete tasks. Sarai is excited about her senior year and the next steps on her pathway to success.

Rising senior Miurel aspires to be a doctor. For the past three years, she has worked with White & Case LLP International Law Firm and Catholic Charities. Miurel is praised as a quick, organized learner. She is excited about being accepted to the University of North Florida and looking forward to being an Osprey!

It is a historic moment for CRT. Our students are thankful for the opportunities, guidance, and mentorship provided at work and in the classroom. The school looks forward to a year of celebration for the Class of 2020!
