SALESIAN FAMILY PARTICIPATED OF THE NATIONAL CATHOLIC YOUTH CONFERENCE (NCYC)

National Catholic Youth Conference

IN A DISTINCTLY CATHOLIC SETTING, THE NATIONAL CATHOLIC YOUTH CONFERENCE INVITED PARTICIPANTS TO ENCOUNTER CHRIST, EXPERIENCE CHURCH, AND BE EMPOWERED FOR DISCIPLESHIP

The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) is a biennial three-day experience to encounter Christ, experience Church, and be empowered for discipleship sponsored by the National Federation for Catholic Ministry (NFCYM). Over 23,000 high school teens, parents, and youth ministers from around the country will gather November 16-18, 2017, around the theme Called/Llamados. NCYC takes place at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The Salesian Family from West and East USA was there. Fr. Abraham Feliciano (Delegate of Youth Ministry) Guilherme Lopes and Jessica Giglio (from YM office) participated  representing directly our province.  However, many other educators and Young people from our Salesians Schools and Parishes participated of this big event too.
