Province Hosts First SLR Since March 2020

(New Rochelle, NY – October 12) – From Friday, October 1 through Sunday, October 3, the northern schools—Don Bosco Prep, Mary Help of Christians Academy, and Salesian High School—gathered together for the first Salesian Leadership Retreat (SLR) since the shutdown in March 2020. Although the SLR was shorter than our usual gathering, both the young team and participants showed us what can happen in your heart if you allow it. We look forward to how these leaders will grow in their friendship with the Lord and Don Bosco while transforming their schools further into Valdocco. Please continue to keep them in prayer and the other schools as more regional SLRs take place.
