Province to Host First YAR Since 2016

(New Rochelle, NY — April 19) — The province office of youth and young ministry will host a Young Adult Retreat (YAR) from June 5-8, at the Marian Shrine in Stony Point, NY. The last YAR took place six years ago in 2016.

This year's YAR is open to young adults between the ages of 18 to 30. All are welcome, from any and all Salesian school, parish, and youth center alumni to all and any non-Salesian friends.

The cost of the retreat is $200. The start time is on Sunday, June 5 at 3:00 pm EST, and departure will take place on Wednesday, June 8, at 1:30 pm EST.

The office will use Newark International Airport for attendees who will fly. Please arrive between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm EST on Sunday, June 5. Two pickups will be available in this window of time. There will also be one airport drop off after the retreat concludes. All local attendees are welcome to arrive between 1:30 to 2:45 pm EST.
