The text contains an introduction, editing, translations, and commentaries by Joseph Boenzi, SDB; Joseph F. Chorpenning, OSFS; Suzanne Toczyski; and Wendy M. Wright. It also features translations of and commentaries on the little-known spiritual writings of Don Bosco (1815-1888), his collaborators, and his contemporaries involved in the Salesian Pentecost.
