Port Chester: St. John Bosco Parish Holds Youth Leader Dinner

Port Chester Youth Leaders Dinner

By Fr. Eddie Chincha, SDB, CYM, St. John Bosco Parish

(Port Chester, NY – March 25) – The Salesian community in Port Chester hosted some of its youth leaders for dinner last week. These high school students participated in events like NCYC, the Valdocco retreat, and St. John Bosco Parish’s service trip during this school year.

We asked them what they enjoyed most about these experiences and how they could share them with other youths in the parish. We also wanted to encourage our rising leaders to stay involved in our parish activities.

They are excited to help with our upcoming Confirmation retreat this April. The youth leaders of St. John Bosco Parish thank the community for its support by speaking at the end of every Mass about the impact these trips have had on their growth in the faith.
