New Rochelle: Fourth of July Installations

(New Rochelle, NY – July 4) – Fr. Dominic Tran was installed as vice provincial, and Fr. Tim Ploch as director of the provincial house, in a short ritual on Sunday afternoon, July 4, the Fourth of July in the USA. Fr. Tim Zak officiated in the ceremony at Salesian High School's picnic area. The rite consisted of each man making his detailed profession of faith and then signing the pertinent document. The confreres of the provincial house community and about a dozen others from Haverstraw, Port Chester, and Orange were in attendance. A catered buffet supper followed.
