Missionary Resources for March

March Missions Corner

By Fr. Sean McEwen, SDB, Delegate for Mission Animation

Welcome back to the Missions Corner. This month, Br. Rob Malusa, who is serving in Zambia, offers us a reflection of his life and the work being done in the ZMB Province. March has also brought with it the beginning of Lent, and as we have all now begun our Lenten journeys, perhaps we can journey as well with the missionaries from our province, who are serving the Congregation in other parts of the world. Taken from the wisdom of our Founder, who famously said, "It is not enough to love the young, but they must know they are loved," let's pray for our SUE missionaries as communities and assure them of our prayers by sending them a letter or message. The contact details of our confreres who are serving overseas can be found in the Salesian Directory on page 24. Added to this list, is the SUE’s newest missionary ad gentes, Br. Daniel Glass, who can be reached at:

daniel.glass10@gmail.com

The upcoming mission intentions for April are:

Pope's Monthly Intention
We pray for healthcare workers who serve the sick and the elderly, especially in the poorest countries. May they be adequately supported by governments and local communities.

Salesian Missionary Intention
For those that offer health care in the Salesian presences in Togo.
