MASSACHUSETTS: EAST BOSTON SALESIANS KEEP UP ORATORY SPIRIT

East Boston Oratory

(East Boston, Mass. – May 10) – During a recent business trip to East Boston, I had a chance to visit with the Salesians working at the Salesian Boys & Girls Club there.  Fr. Jay Horan, director, spends most of his day with the young people in the game room, playing cards and sharing meals with them.  Frs. Joe Doran, Bill Bucciferro, and Bill Keane are providing the Salesian presence that the children really enjoy.  Fr. John Nazzaro (top row, second from right) is frequently found on the front steps of the Club, greeting the young members as they come and go.
