(Etobicoke, ON – August 8) – With the goal in mind to "Build the Kingdom," the SummerDaze administration, staff, and the Salesian community were witnesses to God's hand at work through Don Bosco’s Preventive System of reason, religion, and loving-kindness.
Roughly 200 campers over the span of four weeks from Monday, July 10, through Friday, August 4, were exposed to the Salesian charism led by the wonderful staff and volunteers. Graced by the presence of Br. Peter Nguyen from Vietnam, a Canadian Vietnamese connection worked beautifully, sharing new ideas to an already rich camp program.
What a beautiful 35th season. Here’s to many, many more!
