Edmonton: Dual Celebration at St. Matthew Parish

(Edmonton, AB – January 18) – Almost a month ago, approximately 135 people gathered to celebrate the Silver Jubilee of Fr. Sathiaseelan "Sathia" Kulandaisamy, SDB, and the burning of the mortgage for St. Matthew Parish's parish hall.

The evening started with Holy Mass at 6:00 pm MT, followed by felicitation, lunch, and refreshments in the parish hall. There were 15 pastors from various parishes within the Archdiocese of Edmonton who attended the evening celebrations, as well as the provincial representative of the Salesians of Don Bosco from Toronto, Fr. John Louis Mariapragasam, SDB.

Congratulations, Fr. Sathia, on your silver jubilee of ordination to the priesthood and to St. Matthew Parish for paying off its hall loan!
