(East Boston, MA – November 1) – On Friday evening, October 27, the Salesian Boys & Girls Club members, their families, and local East Boston neighbors warded off ghosts and ghouls. They enjoyed an evening at the annual trunk-or-treat Halloween party.

For the club members, the evening began with the annual Halloween party and house—a darkened, ghostly game room filled with games and activities including face painting and the haunted dance room. Candy and balloons were plentiful! After working up a hearty appetite, the youngsters ate a pizza meal provided by a local pizzeria. The club members’ families and friends enjoyed an evening festivity filled with food, music, dancing, and celebrating Halloween as a neighborhood.

Over the course of the year, the Salesian Boys & Girls Club provides opportunities for the club families and local neighbors to come together and celebrate the events and achievements of the club members. The next event is the annual pasta dinner on Thursday, November 9.

The Salesian Boys & Girls Club calendar is filled with upcoming holiday events in November and December. Stay tuned!
