East Boston: Don Bosco Trivia

(East Boston, MA – January 17) – On Wednesday, January 10, the Salesian Boys & Girls Club kicked off its Annual Don Bosco Trivia, a club tradition for over 20 years. Many of our club members have attended the Salesian Boys & Girls Club or one of our camp programs for several years.

The Trivia is a contest that provides contestants with the opportunity to put their Don Bosco knowledge and trivia skills to the test. The club offers Don Bosco Trivia as a camp event during the summer camp week. The winners of the weekly trivia receive a prize.

Many of the youngsters and families we serve come from countries strongly devoted to Don Bosco. A lot of the families place their youngsters in one of our programs, either because they had a Salesian connection in their home countries, or they grew up in the Boston Metro area and attended a Salesian school in Boston or one of the Salesian schools or parishes in other parts of the country.

The Don Bosco Trivia is just one of many other Don Bosco events planned for January. Stay tuned for more updates.
