East Boston: Christmas Fun at the Club

(East Boston, MA – December 18) – The Salesian Boys and Girls Club's staff and volunteers are comprised of young adults, who are either high school or college students, older adults, and Salesians. We are fortunate to have a dedicated staff. Most of them were club members or campers who decided to return and work or volunteer at the club to make it fun for new members.

Recently, the field representative from the regional Boys and Girls Club office joined us for our monthly staff meeting. When asked why they decided to work here, the majority of the staff told her they were club members and wanted to share their experiences with others.

Since this is the last week before the Christmas break, it is very event-filled. The Christmas fun at the club includes the staff Christmas gathering, annual talent show, and club members’ Christmas parties.

Once again, many thanks for reading our updates in 2024, and remember to stay tuned for our 2025 fun and exciting events.
