(Chicago, IL – July 2) – Since March 2024, young adults from St. John Bosco-St. James Parish in Chicago gather every Wednesday night from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. CT for Bible study with Fr. Paul Chu, SDB. According to this liturgical year, we are reading through and studying the Gospel of Mark.

On Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, the young adults, Fr. Jim Berning, SDB, and I went on a hiking trip to Starved Rock State Park, Oglesby, IL. While there, we saw the LaSalle Canyon Waterfall and concluded the beautiful day with Mass outdoors and a picnic.
