Bringing Hope and Participating in Our Mission

Fr. Steve DBGYFF Website

(New Rochelle, NY – November 15) – The Don Bosco Global Youth Film Festival (DBGYFF) will take place this Thursday, November 18 and Friday, November 19. Preliminary jurors, such as Fr. Steve DeMaio, SDB, were able to watch the entries ahead of time.

"This month, I had the privilege to review 25 projects for the DBGYFF. I was impressed by the talent and creativity of the young people, who sent in different types of films from all over the world," Fr. Steve shared. "It is yet another sign that the young are willing and able to work hard, be creative, and actively participate in the mission to bring hope to the world. We must continue to invite, challenge, and accompany young people to use their God given talents in order to further Don Bosco's dream and mission."

Let us pray for the festival's success this year and for everyone who has been a part of it. Mary Help of Christians, pray for us! St. John Bosco, pray for us!
