Br. John Langan Ordained Deacon

(College Park, MD – June 17) – Br. John G. Langan of the New Rochelle Province was among eight young Salesians ordained deacons at the Church of St. Anne in Jerusalem on Sunday, June 16 by Abp. Pierbattista Pizzaballa, OFM, Latin Rite apostolic administrator of Jerusalem. All eight men are students of theology at the Ratisbonne Institute in the Holy City. Fr. Tim Ploch and Fr. Pat Angelucci represented the province at the ordination. Deacon Langan has been assigned to St. John Bosco Parish in Chicago for the summer.
